1 cup of Mixed Berries (frozen)
2 small Bananas (sliced)
1 cherry Yogurt
1/3 cup of Protein powder
1 tsp of Flaxseeds
1 cup of Almond milk
1/2 cup of crushed ice (optional)
🍎🍉🍐🍑🍅🍓🍒🍋
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve Immediately!
