This smoothie was one of my go-tos for a busy day. The best part about this smoothie is that it is easy, quick and most of all tasty! This smoothie is perfect for breakfast and if you are feeling spontaneous, lunch as well.
Equipment needed:
Blender
Ingredients:
1/2 cups almond mild milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1-1/2 tbs of WOW Butter (for those with nut allergies) or regular peanut butter (for everyone else)
1 tsp honey
Dash of ground cinnamon
Dash of ground ginger (optional)
1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice and blend for 15 seconds. Serve immediately.
