Here is another smoothie to add to your collection. As mentioned before, with a busy schedule I always needed something quick and fast and filled with the needed nutrients for the day.
Ingredients
1 cup kale
1 banana (frozen)
1 cup pineapple
1 cup chilled water
half of an orange juice
1/4 tsp ginger
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender. Serve and drink immediately.
